Cohu Announces Quarterly Dividend May 2008

POWAY, CALIF., May 13, 2008 -- Cohu, Inc. (NASDAQ/COHU) reported today that the Cohu Board of Directors, at a meeting on May 13, 2008, declared a quarterly cash dividend of six cents ($0.06) per share payable August 8, 2008 to shareholders of record on June 27, 2008. The Company has paid consecutive quarterly cash dividends since 1977.
