LUIS MÜLLER

Executive Officer
Luis Müller joined Cohu’s Delta Design subsidiary in 2005 and has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Cohu, Inc. since December 2014. Dr. Müller was previously President of Cohu’s Semiconductor Equipment Group (SEG) from January 2011 until being named CEO, Managing Director of SEG’s Rasco GmbH business unit in Germany from January 2009 to December 2010, and Vice President of SEG’s High-Speed Pick-and-Place handler products from July 2008 to December 2010.
Prior to joining Cohu, Inc. Dr. Müller spent nine years at Teradyne, where he held various management positions in engineering and business development.
Dr. Müller holds a B.S. and Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Dr. Müller also serves as a director of Celestica Inc.
JEFFREY JONES
Chief Financial Officer
Executive Officer
Jeffrey Jones joined Cohu’s Delta Design subsidiary in July 2005 as Vice President Finance and Controller. In November 2007, Mr. Jones was named Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Cohu. Prior to joining Delta Design, Mr. Jones, was a consultant and Vice President and General Manager of the Systems Group at SBS Technologies, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of embedded computer products. Prior to SBS Technologies, Mr. Jones was an Audit Manager for Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers).
Mr. Jones is a CPA and graduate of the University of Redlands with a B.S. in Accounting.
CHRISTOPHER BOHRSON
Chief Customer Officer
Executive Officer
Christopher Bohrson joined Cohu in May 2016 as Vice President Sales and Service, Americas. In January 2017, he served as Vice President and General Manager for Digital Test Handlers, and upon the acquisition of Xcerra in October 2018, was named Senior Vice President and General Manager for our Test Handler Group. Since February 2021, Mr. Bohrson has served as Senior Vice President for the Global Customer Group and was named Chief Customer Officer in 2023. Prior to joining Cohu, Mr. Bohrson held several executive positions at Bosch Automotive Service Solutions/SPX for over 11 years, and lastly as Vice President and General Manager of the OEM Diagnostics and Information Solutions group. Mr. Bohrson spent 20 years working in a variety of management and technical roles at Teradyne’s semiconductor and broadband test division in the U.S. and Asia.
Mr. Bohrson holds a Sc.B. in Materials Engineering from Brown University and a Sloan School Master of Science in Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
KLAUS ILGENFRITZ

Klaus Ilgenfritz joined Cohu in June 2011 as Vice President Sales and Service, Europe. In 2018, Mr. Ilgenfritz led the product marketing function for the analog test handler business and subsequently was named Vice President and General Manager for our Gravity Test In-Strip business unit upon the acquisition of Xcerra. In 2023, Mr. Ilgenfritz assumed the role of Vice President and General Manager, Test Handler Group leading all test handler businesses. In 2025, he was promoted to Chief Product Officer leading all our current product groups: semiconductor test, interface solutions, test handlers, and inspection metrology. Prior to Cohu, he held various general management as well as product project management roles at Infineon Technologies and Rohde & Schwarz.
Mr. Ilgenfritz holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Munich University of Applied Science.
ANNA AGUIRRE
Chief Human Resources Officer
Anna Aguirre joined Cohu in May 2011 as Vice President Human Resources and was named Chief Human Resources Officer in 2025. Prior to joining Cohu, Ms. Aguirre served from 2007 to 2011 as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for SM&A, a defense industry consulting firm, and from 2001 to 2006 as the Vice President Global Human Resources and Facilities at Iomega Corporation, a leading provider of data storage products. Prior to that, she led the human resources and facilities functions at Proxima Corporation, a manufacturer of multimedia projectors.
Ms. Aguirre holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Economics from Humboldt State University.
EMILY LOUGH
Vice President and General Counsel
Emily Lough joined Cohu in October 2023 and was named Vice President and General Counsel in July 2024. Ms. Lough has more than 15 years of corporate law experience in the technology and automotive industries including serving in various legal roles such as Vice President and General Counsel at Maxwell Technologies Inc., an energy storage company, from 2007 until its acquisition by Tesla Inc., in 2019. She also served as Associate General Counsel and Chief Intellectual Property Counsel at Tesla, Inc. from 2019 until 2023.
Ms. Lough holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, and a Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, specializing in Intellectual Property (IP) law and were she graduated magna cum laude.
DAN VENTURA
Vice President of Global Operations and Supply Chain
Dan Ventura joined Cohu in August 2022 as Vice President Global Operations and Supply Chain. Prior to joining Cohu, Mr. Ventura served as Vice President of Operations at Fralock delivering high-reliability solutions for specialty components and subassemblies used in semiconductor manufacturing, medical and industrial markets. Prior to that, Mr. Ventura was Head of ASM’s Global Supply Chain organization from 2016 to 2020 responsible for the global supply chain and strategic supplier relations for all major commodities including contract manufacturing. Earlier, Mr. Ventura spent 21 years working at Applied Materials and held a variety of roles in manufacturing, order fulfillment, strategic sourcing and managing third-party manufacturing operations.
Mr. Ventura holds a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Engineering and Management from Clarkson University and an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix.
JON HERLOCKER
Vice President and General Manager of Tignis
Jon Herlocker joined Cohu in January 2025 as Vice President and General Manager of Tignis, following the acquisition of Tignis, where he was the CEO and co-founder. Dr. Herlocker is a deep technologist and experienced executive in both on-premises enterprise software and consumer SaaS businesses. He has held technical and executive roles with VMware’s Cloud Management Business Unit, Mozy, and EMC’s Cloud Services division and co-founded two other startup companies. Dr. Herlocker is a former tenured professor of Computer Science at Oregon State University.
Dr. Herlocker holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Lewis and Clark College and a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota.
